Ron Salmon is a member in Crewe East and Borough Councillor for the Waldron ward.Ron said, "I shall be supporting David Williams for the nomination for the constituency of Crewe and Nantwich. I have known David many years when he was Gwyneth's agent and he was a loyal servant to the local Labour Party, supporting us as candidates and giving a political lead from the MP's office.
"I am sure we will have picked the right man if we select David Williams and he is my choice."
